We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in a bustling area near the main train station. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city and catch our train connections. The room was cozy and comfortable, with a modern and stylish design. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with recommendations for places to visit and eat. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a shop right next door for any last-minute needs. a great experience.
The wifi in the room was a bit inconsistent, sometimes working and sometimes not.

Room not as advertised, lacking amenities like a safe, telephone, and functional WiFi. Multiple keys needed for different doors, inconveniencing access.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with luxurious amenities like fluffy towels and high, quality toiletries. the private facilities, including a well, equipped gym and exclusive rooftop terrace, added to the high, end experience. the friendly staff provided impeccable service, meeting all of my needs with a smile. the prime location near top tourist attractions was a major bonus.
The elevator was a bit slow, causing some minor delays. this was a small issue compared to the overall exceptional experience at this hotel.
